Residence Nautic - Rimini

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable for what you get - comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and a balcony. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable. The location is perfect, as it is near the beach and just a short walk from the bustling city center of Rimini. Additionally, there is a very good restaurant nearby that everybody needs to try. Another convenience is that the hotel is close to a big shop called CONAD, making it easy to buy anything you may need during your stay.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

If I were to take a family and needed to have a stove/kitchen area, where the location is would be great. It is just off the beach. There is an Arcade, several restaurants, and shops around. It is located in an area between a boat harbor/marina and a channel/river inlet. This can keep you secluded from the other busier parts of Rimini. The Nautic was able to acquire Marina parking after a phone call. There is little or no street parking anywhere in the area. The Marina parking was secured and convent to the residence, but you have to call ahead to reserve it. There are loads of dressers and cabinets to store things. The stove was a small apartment stove and there were plenty of dishes and pots. There is a small store right up the road where you can purchase most things you might want to cook.

There were a couple of things I could have done with out on this holiday. First would have been the constant slamming of the doors in the building. It seemed no one in the entire building knew how to keep their door from slamming with the difference in air pressure from hall to room, all day every day. Second would have been the lack of respect by fellow guests brining the loudest stereo equipment I have ever heard. These teens were not asked at anytime by the staff to keep the bass low or to turn it off. Only after several attempts personally did the young men turn their stereo off after midnight several nights in a row. Thirdly the beds are hard, the rooms are all stone and marble so be ready for constant echoes and chairs being dragged across the floor on other levels at all hours of the night.

The staff of residence nautic went out of their way to make our stay great. It is in front of the airport. We strongly recommend this hotel to family coming to Rimini...

the location near the beach was perfect - just a short walk and you're there. The fact that there is a good restaurant nearby was a bonus, and I highly recommend trying it out. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The basic amenities provided in the room were exactly what I needed, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with a balcony to relax on. Lastly, breakfast was delicious and gave me a great start to the day.

Everything was great!

Room was big enough and clean. Residence was very closed to the see and beach by the residence was clean with a lot of playgrounds for kids. Area was suitable for kids. Swimming pool was very clean and staff was very friendly. I can recommend this residence to everyone.

Good location. Swimming pool. Quiet neighbourhood. Best suited for families (no night clubs). Breakfast was nice in hotel next to apartment, full of over 75 years old Italian sweet people :)

Internet connection was poor and was disconnected over 24h. Air condition of another room was not working.

The location was fantastic for us as friends going out at night, and we were pleasantly surprised by the many nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the proximity to the old city center and the San Giuliano beach. the spacious rooms were clean and modern, with lovely balconies, and the kitchenettes were well-equipped. the swimming pool was a great bonus, and the reception staff were very helpful with directions.

The noise from the neighboring building was quite frustrating at times.

The studio apartment was very clean and well designed. Staff were v. friendly and helpful. Overall, good value for money. Location not far from the historic city centre, with a v. good local fishmongers and supermarket. Free bike hire v. much appreciated and enjoyed!

Other guests nearby were very noisy - I was glad I brought earplugs with me.

The room was very clean, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is very near to the beach and San Guiliano is a lovely friendly, relaxing place to stay.

One staff member was very helpful but the other was rather rude, it didn't spoil our holiday though

The hotel had a great location, just a quick walk to the San Guliano Beach. I loved being so close to the sea and having easy access to restaurants and a nearby supermarket. It was great to have the option to rent bikes and explore the area on my own.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the value for money was incredible - it was such a affordable place to stay. Secondly, the location was perfect. Just a short walk and you're on the beautiful beach. Plus, it was close enough to easily reach the vibrant city center. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Great location close to the seafront and bus stops nearby, making it easy to see the city. Supermarkets were easily accessible nearby. And, the swimming pool was kept clean.

We had to bring our own hair dryer and could not find a microwave oven in our room. Although there were not many sun loungers around the pool, which made it more difficult to find a comfortable spot.

The location of the hotel was great, we were close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and within walking distance to the beach. Public transportation was easily accessible and we were able to explore the city effortlessly. the apartment itself was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the pool area which was well-maintained and had a nice atmosphere.

That there were not enough lounge chairs available for all the guests around the pool area. We also found that the kitchenette was a bit small and lacked some essential items such as a microwave, but we were able to borrow one from the reception.
